Minute Navigator is a web video production company located in Evanston, Illinois. We are focused on creating effective web video for companies of all kinds.

Jim Parks
Jim is the host of HGTV's long-running home-improvement show, "New Spaces," a remodeling show that spotlights homes that begin as eyesores—and end up as eye-popping showplaces. Previously, Jim was a voice-over artist, commercial performer, and video trainer. He's also the author of a weekly syndicated column and podcast, Today's Green Minute, a feature that highlights technology that improves our stewardship of the Earth.
Today, Jim brings his training, performing, and writing skills together with good old-fashioned salesmanship to present Minute Navigator LLC, an organization focusing exclusively on web video production in the Chicago and Evanston area.

Minute Navigator's People
All the moving parts are coordinated by our highly-experienced Project Managers. They are involved in a project from the beginning, insuring that its vision and goals are consistent from start to finish.
Technical Services:
Projects are shot in Sony XDCAM or HDV, using state-of-the-art cameras, lighting and sound equipment. We shoot both on location and in our custom studio. Our post-production facilities include several state of the art Avid on-line HD editing systems linked by our AVID Unity system. We also offer 2D and 3D animation using Flash, After Effects, Maya, Soft Image and Lightwave.
At Minute Navigator we do our absolute best to stay current with the latest technology for the web and web-ready devices - such as smart phones.
Because of differences in coding and option selections between various web browsers, (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, etc.), and web-based devices, Minute Navigator web videos may display differently. In the case that a browser or device do not have the Adobe Flash Player installed, (or if it is disabled in their browser), the video may not play at all.
We have verified that our videos play in the following browsers by default:

Minute Navigator has the capability to export any video into a player or format that is required by a specific platform, (iPhone, for instance), and upon request, we will change the output method of the product to match the platform requirments.
